What is Aella Exchange?  +

Aella Exchange is an online marketplace for Invoices and purchase orders. Invoices helps Small & Medium Business sellers receive payment within 48hrs of invoicing their customers.

What kinds of invoices can I sell with Aella Exchange?  +

Invoices ranging from one million to fifty million naira only can be traded on the platform, provided they are issued to a creditworthy, blue chip company.

Can any company sell their invoices on Aella Exchange?  +

No, new SMBs must first pass Aella Exchange's assessment procedures before they are accepted as members of the platform and allowed to begin selling their invoices. For example, SMBs must meet pre-determined minimum criteria and satisfy credit and anti-fraud checks.

Do I have to sell all my invoices?  +

No, you get to choose how many invoices and how frequently you trade invoices on the platform.

How long will it take for me to receive the advance amount.  +

You will have access to your funds within 48hrs after a bid is accepted.

How long does it take to become approved as a seller and be eligible to post invoices.  +

Your approval will take an average of 5 working days, depending on the your ability to provide us with all the requested documentation.

Is there a maximum receivable term?  +

Your invoice must be due from your customer in 60 days or less.

What happens if my customer pays late?  +

We charge a small late fee of 1% of the value of the invoice for every week past due.

Does Aella Exchange notify my customers that I have sold an invoice?  +

In most cases we can offer a non-disclosed facility. You continue to retain your customer relationship and credit collection.
